When will my package be shipped?
Once your order is approved by our credit card processing company, which can take up to 48 hours, we notify our shipping department to ship your order. Are your watches water proof?
Our watches are water resistant, but we do not claim them to be 100% water proof, we recommend to avoid water completely if possible especially swimming or diving.

Only manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, dents/chips, etc.). Make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so water does not get in. If any water damage is detected to have gotten in from the crown not being tight, water damage is not covered. Intentional crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages results from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is due to a manufacturers' defect, we will gladly repair/replace your product. If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value. In most cases of manufacturers' defects, the products can be repaired Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages. You are responsible for shipping costs back to us. If you are exchanging a watch, we will pay for the shipping cost back to you. In case of package being lost there is a 90 day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package. Please allow up to four weeks for exchange to arrive. If exchange is more than original purchase please enclose a money order for the price difference; if the exchange is less we will issue a discount coupon for the difference in price. If there are any other problems, we will work with you until both parties are satisfied.
 
How can I return the ordered goods and claim refund?
For the refund of the returned items, there will be a 10% service fee (based on the total amount of the item). You will have to pay the 10 % service fee of the total amount of returned item. What is the first thing I need to do when receiving the watch?
Upon receiving the watch, wind it. It is likely that the watch runs out of energy during the journey. Wind the watch for about 20 to 30 full 360 degree turns clockwise. It is about 80 our normal way of winding, assuming we wind 120 degree for each wind. (Stop winding if you feel stiff. Over winding will hurt the movement.) If you know your watch is battery, there is no need to wind it. If your watch has a screw-tight crown, release it by turning it anti-clockwise until it is loosen. Then you can wind it for 20 - 30 times as mentioned. Once done, you can screw it tight by pushing it inside and turn it clockwise at the same time.
